We offer our veterinary wellness services and end-of-life care for pets in and around Lavon, Texas.
AT THIS TIME, OUR SERVICES ARE LIMITED TO WELLNESS (annual exams / vaccinations / annual diagnostics / preventatives) AND END-OF-LIFE CARE (hospice and euthanasia) FOR DOGS AND CATS.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE APPOINTMENTS FOR SICK VISITS AT THIS TIME!
Please contact us to determine the availability in your area and associated travel fees. When contacting us, please provide any past veterinary records for your pet(s) that will help us determine exactly what your pet needs during his or her vet visit. To help with logistics - we try to schedule home visits for a particular area on specific days to help reduce wasted time traveling between appointments. If you can help arrange 3-5 visits in your neighborhood your trip fee will be waived!
Each visit will include:
(1) A House Call / Trip Fee; there will only be 1 trip fee charged per visit regardless of the number of pets seen. The rates for trip fees are determined by the distance from Lavon and if the service call is being made on a day in which other calls are also performed in the same area. Service calls range from $50 and up. Email or text LVS for more information.
(2) A Physical Exam Fee; each pet seen will be issued an exam fee. Our normal exam fee is $75 per pet. Ask about our discounts for multiple pets examined during the same visit! After-hours or weekend visits will be charged a higher exam fee.
(3) An Estimate / Invoice with Recommended Services, Vaccinations, Diagnostics, Medications and/or Treatments; each pet will have an estimate generated for the recommended services and treatments. From the estimate, your invoice will be generated and can be texted or emailed to you with a payment link OR you may pay with your debit/credit card or cash. Other items you may see on your estimate and invoice may include a Materials and Disposal Fee and Convenience Fee (for use of credit and debit cards).
